	Sales Positions - Large-ticket sales experience required. - Applicants must be personable, positive and friendly. - Some knowledge of aviation or aircraft is a plus. - Applicants must be comfortable around clients with substantial wealth and exhibit a high level of professional bearing and energy. - Sales periods are only 90-150 days in length, prompting some urgency, however, high-pressure closing tactics will NOT be tolerated as we will be cultivating a life-time association with our clients. - A draw against commissions is available if desired. - Each fraction sale earns a commission of $2,200. - Leads provided by LPI. - Non-salaried position. - 2 weeks vacation first year.
	Office Administration Manager Position - Applicants must have a high degree of organizational skills, based on previous experience, primarily as an Office Manager. - Must have a very comfortable personality. - Absolutely must be highly Customer Service oriented. - Must be “computer comfortable” to enter data, monitor clients, schedule and bill owners using established computer programs (we will train you in this area, but must be familiar with computers in general). - As business grows, additional staff and departments will be added under Office Administration to relieve work load. - Salaried position. - 2 weeks vacation first year.
	Pilot Positions - Captains must have an ATP license and a minimum of 10,000 total documented flight hours, 6,000 in corporate jet equipment or equivalent. - Co-Pilots must have an a minimum of a Multi engine Commercial Instrument license and a minimum of 5,000 total documented flight hours, 2,000 in corporate jet equipment or equivalent. - Westwind type-rating a plus. - Flying schedule is 7 consecutive days on followed by 7 consecutive days off. - 2 weeks vacation first year. - All pilots are salaried positions: § Captains: $80,000 plus 20% benefits package annually § Co-Pilots: $53,000 plus 20% benefits package annually
