LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE: |
As
a veteran airline captain, I have developed and refined my leadership skills
regarding the complete management of a multi-million dollar, 100 passenger
jet airliner, its crew and all the customers (passengers) I have safely carried. Also, many potentially critical decisions
have to be made on a flight by flight basis and I have learned how to make
these in a timely manner and without incident or accident during my flying
career. |

CORPORATE
MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: |
From the
period of 1983 to 1993, I was elected for 10 straight years, serving as the
President and Chairman of the Board of a medium-sized non-profit corporation.
My duties were the planning and execution of the development and direction
that the corporation should take, including presiding at all meetings and
working with the other 16 members on the Board of Directors and
employees. Because the corporation
was nearly all volunteer, I gained valuable skills in handling and dealing
with people. It was also my duty to lobby city and county officials on behalf
of my 634 constituents, resolving problems and in turn completing the task at
hand. During my lengthy administration, my leadership helped accomplish many projects both large and small including corporate constitutional amendments, computerization of record keeping and billing, and leaving the organization in much better condition than I found it. I also founded, edited and published the present quarterly newsletter used by the corporation. |

PUBLIC
RELATIONS: |
While
serving in the capacity of public relations agent for Diamondhead
Corporation, it was my duty to go into peoples' homes to explain a real
estate sales program for a planned community in Mobile, Alabama. If I was successful in getting the
prospective clients to tour the property, I was compensated. Using and developing my public relations
skills, my client touring percentage was very high, reflecting success in
this endeavor. |

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE NOTES: |
I have
personally set up and operated 4 different businesses and, as a professional
consultant, have helped other people set up and operate their own businesses as
well. I have written and teach a course on setting up sole proprietorships. I have been in business for myself a number of years and understand the full gamut of business operations from accounting to sales. |

|
SUMMATION: |
I
feel that over the years, I have accumulated an excellent cross-section of
experience in many different fields. This diverse experience will allow me,
as President, to very successfully guide and direct the operation of Luxury
Passage Inc., both now and into the future. |
